The staff in our steel centres will fulfil the customer’s requirements, by processing metal products to suit the required dimensions. 

We can cut girders and sections to length, cut and form sheet metal, bend reinforcing steel, sandblast, grind and mill dies, and offer fine processing of metal products. 

The warehouse in Naklo is furnished with fifteen different machines for processing services. The array includes six band saws for cutting tooling steel, girders, steel rods and bars, pipes and tubes.  A CNC milling machine is used for tooling steel machining. The CAM line (1,500 mm) and shears (1,000 mm) are used for longitudinal cutting of cold rolled strip.  Cold rolled strips are sliced by a cross-cutting machine. Different sizes of cold and hot rolled strips are cut by guillotine shears (1,000 mm).  Two oxy-fuel and plasma systems are used for cutting and tailoring of thick plates. Thanks to all these machines, we are able fully to satisfy customers’ various requirements  for finished products.
