To ensure quality operations and rapid expansion, Merkur Group has divided its companies in three divisions, specialized in different core programmes.

Merkur Group Divisions:     

- Big Bang Division has become a market leader in Slovenia with it's wide range of audio and video appliances, kitchen appliances, computers and computer games and music; 
- Merkur Division is the leading dealer in non-food items and will continue to sell goods from modern sales centres; 
- Mersteel Division specializes in metal products.
